Finally a few idents from a series for XD Summer Package. The look had all the essential thrashing, clashing, blasting stuff all around. Set in an industrial, sci-fi secret factory environment. Everything is lightening fast, zapping faster than you blink your eyes.

Its out there! The amazing ESPN GRANDSLAM package kick starting with the US Open. A mammoth package design with everything from show open to all the broadcast elements. Tons of rotoscoped tennis gods and goddesses, some crazy math spewing tennis balls and a legacy of the game squeezed into a clinical spotless white world of greatness. This hallmark element is the design basis for a broadcast design package encompassing Wimbledon, The US Open, The Australian Open and the French Open – “The Grandslam of Tennis” tournaments. The package includes over 300 event customized elements for the four tournaments including opens, rejoins, billboards, keyable and cut transitions, monitor loops, logo stamps, player front ends, VizRT play-outs and much more.

Lots of illustrations and a drawing hand… A fun project about the complex ranking system in Nascar as a teaser for ESPN Nascar Sprint Cup.
UPDATE: Nascar Sprint Cup promo got nominated for a Sport Emmy in the category of Outstanding New Approaches, Sports Programming – Short Format. These were a series of promos segments produced for ESPN/ABC’s NASCAR Sprint Cup coverage last fall. The 34th annual Sports Emmy Awards will be presented on Tuesday, May 7th in New York City.
Design package for Calgary Stampede. The package had loads of design elements with and without live footage. The package included all sorts of opens, logos, loops, graphics, promo packages and everything imaginable for an event of such a scale. The look developed through couple of different design approaches, from illustrative western style to traditional 3D.
This is a series of spots representing the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) local 79, a union of more than 20,000 workers at the City of Toronto, the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) and Bridgepoint Hospital. The spots engage into the real life unsung heroes from all sorts of civic establishment… from paramedic dispatchers to public health officers.
